Brown & Company maintains a good working relationship with other brokerage firms in Kansas City. All brokerage firms receive email from us containing brochures on the properties we are marketing. Additionally, each month we send updated available property lists to approximately 500 commercial real estate agents and brokers highlighting our properties.
Brown & Company has subscriptions to all of the major trade publications, including Midwest Real Estate News, the Kansas City Business Journal, Ingram's, The Commercial Journal and others. When appropriate, we work property owners to run ads in these publications to promote your property.
